⛳️ The MSA San Diego's 32nd Annual Golf Tournament returns this November, inviting golf enthusiasts and supporters of public works to the stunning Carlton Oaks Golf Club in Santee, California. On November 13, 2026, participants will gather for a day filled with camaraderie, competition, and community impact, all within the beautiful setting of a championship Dye-designed course.

About the Tournament

The annual tournament is more than just a day on the greens. It's a cherished tradition aimed at improving education within the public works sector. Each year, the San Diego Chapter presents scholarship awards to deserving individuals who aspire to further their education in public works technology, administration, or engineering. The event is a celebration of community, learning, and the spirit of giving back.

Location: Carlton Oaks Golf Club, Santee, CA

Carlton Oaks Golf Club is a renowned 18-hole championship course, renovated by Perry Dye and designed to challenge and delight golfers of all skill levels. The course features natural river-valley landscapes, meandering creeks, mature trees, sparkling lakes, and dramatic golf elements like pot bunkers and peninsula greens—all just 20 minutes from downtown San Diego.

Registration Options

Single Golfer: Includes green fee, shared cart, range balls, lunch, and a souvenir bag.

Twosome: Entry for two golfers with all inclusions above.

Foursome: Entry for four golfers, ensuring a fun group experience with the same great benefits.

If you don’t have a team, don’t worry! We’ll pair you with fellow golfers to complete a foursome, giving you the chance to meet new friends and colleagues.

Dress Code & Etiquette

To maintain the prestige of the event and venue, appropriate golf attire is required. Collared shirts and slacks are preferred. Please refrain from wearing denim shorts, tank tops, or hard cleats (metal spikes). Note that personal coolers are not permitted on the course.
