MSA San Diego Membership Meeting: Vendor Appreciation & 2027 Board Elections

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming MSA San Diego Membership Meeting, a signature event designed to celebrate the contributions of our invaluable vendors and empower our members through active participation in the 2027 Board Elections. Check-in and Networking

The event will kick off with a relaxed check-in and networking session at 11:30 AM. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow members in a casual environment before the formal program begins. Whether you’re a new face or a returning member, this session is designed to strengthen professional relationships and foster a spirit of collaboration within our association.

Vendor Appreciation & Board Elections

At noon, we’ll transition into the main presentation and lunch. Here, we’ll shine a spotlight on the critical role our vendors play in the success of the MSA, celebrating their dedication and support. Simultaneously, members will receive essential information about the upcoming 2027 Board Elections, including the nomination process, election guidelines, and the open positions available:

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Municipal Director (2-year term)

• 1st Year Vendor Representative (2-year term)

• Vendor Director (2-year term)

Nomination submissions for these key leadership roles are open from October 1-15, 2026. Members in good standing with current dues are encouraged to participate. Nominations can be submitted electronically or from the floor during the meeting, ensuring a transparent and inclusive process.

Registration & Payment Details

Advance registration is required, and early bird pricing is available until October 30, 2026:

• Agency Members: $35 (by 10/30/26; $50 after)

• Non-Members: $50 (by 10/30/26; $65 after)

• Vendor Members: Complimentary

Payments must be made in advance through one of the following options:

Mail (check payable to Maintenance Superintendents Association, PO Box 1088, Wildomar, CA 92595)

Please note, no payments will be accepted at the door and a cancellation fee applies after October 30, 2026.
