Prepare monthly Board Meeting agendas

Chair all Chapter Board meetings

Facilitate all monthly meetings

Sign contracts when required for chapter functions

Prepare and update Directors Handbook

Assign, Chair, and participate on Committees
VICE PRESIDENT - TERM: 1 YEAR

Assume Presidential duties in absence of President

Set programs for all regular monthly meetings
-
Set locations for regular and Board meetings
-
Chair or participate on Committees as assigned by President
SECRETARY - TERM: 1-YEAR
-
Distribute monthly membership meeting notices
-
Document all Board meeting minutes
-
Document membership meetings regarding issues that may require voting
-
Report Board meeting minutes to general membership at monthly membership meetings
-
Assume Presidential duties in absence of President and Vice-President

Chair or participate on Committees as assigned by President
TREASURER - TERM: 1-YEAR

Prepare fiscal budget

Prepare claims for payment

Provide monthly financial statements to the Board

Prepare and update chapter membership database

Perform Presidential duties in absence of President, Vice-President, and Secretary

Distribute membership dues notices and pursue payments

Monitor all expenses

Chair or participate on Committees as assigned by President
DIRECTORS - TERM: 2-YEARS

Votes on motions considered at Board meetings

Participates on committees as appointed by the President

Assists with Chapter duties as assigned
E-BOARD DELEGATE - TERM: 4-YEARS

Represents San Diego Area Chapter and attends all E-Board meetings
-
Reports on all E-Board meeting discussions at the next Board and general membership meeting
VENDOR REPS - TERM: 2-YEARS
-
Gives views that are representative of the vendor members
-
Offers Chapter Board insight to vendor members
-
Assists in recruiting new members, both regular and vendor
-
Votes on motions considered at Board meetings
