Loss of Donny Stewart - Sonsray Machinery
The MSA family is very saddened to share the passing of one of our very own, Donny Stewart from Sonsray Machinery passed away on January 1st, 2021 . The MSA family wants to send our deepest condolences and prayers to his family and friends, and to the entire Sonsray organization. We hope the entire family would find comfort and peace during this difficult time, and as we mourn his loss, we reflect on his career accomplishments and the friendships he developed throughout his career.
Donny was a big part of our MSA family and we are going to truly miss his presence and involvement with our association, especially at our annual equipment "roadeo" competition he looked forward to. Donny made sure the MSA's Annual Equipment "Roadeo" had all the equipment necessary for this county-wide competition.
Donny began his long career in the construction equipment industry as a Diesel Mechanic for John Deere, and later moved up to become their Service Manager. When RDO Equipment acquired John Deere, Donny promoted again to Account Manager where he began his highly successful 20-year sales career. Donny remained at RDO for 15 years prior to moving to Sonsray Machinery where he recently celebrated his 5-year anniversary and retired from Sonsray Machinery on December 31st, 2020.
Donny was very involved in the construction industry and was a member of many trade organizations. He developed great relationships with many in the industry and will be missed by many.
