Adopt-a-Family Program with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego. We are sponsoring a family in need (the family's WISH list is posted here for details). Member Cost: $50/pp Non-Member Cost: $60/pp
In order to make final arrangements with the venue, please register by Dec. 2. Refunds (minus $5 service fee) not available after Dec. 2. CHOOSE PLATED MEAL: At registration, be prepared to select one of the following plated meals:
Insalata Regina De Salmone - Grilled salmon over wild arugula, couscous, avocados, tomatoes, red onions, capers & raisins with lemon-olive oil dressing
Casarecce Con Pistachio - Short pasta twists with pictachio cream sauce
Pollo Toscano - Free-range chicken seasoned with rosemary; served with seasonal vegetables & Yukon Gold potatoes
Rigatoni alla Vodka - Pasta tubes with bacon, vodka-cream-tomato sauce and grana padano
DESSERT: Tiramisu - Treviso-style tiramisu with ladyfingers soaked in rum & espresso; layered with mascarpone & topped with a dusting of cocoa powder.
