MSA and APWA San Diego Chapters host the 2018 Annual Training and Equipment Show on Thursday, July 12 at Rohr Park from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Download flyer Online Registration open through July 11! DEMONSTRATION: Vendor demonstrations occurring throughout the all-day event.

Topic: Underground Safety Awareness (Cal/OSHA approved Certificate for attendees)

EQUIPMENT SHOW: See the latest and greatest products your MSA Vendors have to offer!

COMPETITION: Agency teams will compete for a trophy based on overall scores in five competitions: Backhoe Skills, Skidsteer Skills, Mini-Ex Skills, Sign Assembly, and Wheelbarrow Race. Each agency can register one 4-person team (1-person for the Sign Assembly, 1-person for the Wheelbarrow Race, and two operators that must compete on all three pieces of equipment).

APWA will be sponsoring the 1st and 2nd place competitors in the equipment competition to compete at the 2018 National APWA ROADEO, which is being held in Kansas City. Registration includes: Lunch and beverage, free training classes, vendor equipment show, and a chance to win a raffle prize!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Field Workers, Supervisors, Engineers, Superintendents, Managers, Directors, Administration staff, Buyers, Purchasing Agents, and Safety Officials

COST: $20.00 per person

VENDOR OPTIONS: Pop-up, chairs and table not provided. Please bring a raffle prize. $100 – One Space (10’ x 20’ approximate) $150 – Two Spaces (20’ x 40’ approximate) – trailers require two spaces $200 – Rolling Stock

*Non-MSA vendors additional $80 for membership to participate.
