2017 Board Election Results

Our Chapter Board Elections took place in November for the 2017 calendar year. The following were elected for 2017 Board positions:

President - Rudy Cancio, City of Chula Vista

Vice President - Tony Ulloa, City of Carlsbad

Secretary - Michele Burt, Powerland Equipment

Treasurer - Kelly Fleming, Carlsbad Unified School District

Director - Doug Blackstock, City of Del Mar (Retired)

Director - Archie Penney, City of Poway

Director - John Ugrob, City of Encinitas

Executive Board Representative - Rudy Cancio, City of Chula Vista

Executive Board Representative - Tony Ulloa, City of Carlsbad

Education Chair - Duane Neyens, City of San Marcos

Vendor Representative - Sergio Cano, Traffic Management

Vendor Representative - Jeff Dunn, Hi-Way Safety

Vendor Representative - Rob Manriquez, Crafco
