Virtual Food Drive to benefit the San Diego Food Bank
June 29, 2020 - July 17, 2020 Join APWA (American Public Works Association), CWEA (California Water Environmental Association) and MSA (Maintenance Superintendents Association) San Diego Sections’ First Joint Virtual Food Drive to raise $50,000 for our local food bank. Individual and company members are encouraged to participate in one of two ways:
(PREFERRED) Donate directly with a credit card by shopping virtually at our dedicated site https://www.fooddriveonline.org/sandiegofoodbank/index.php?s=APWA/CWEA/MSA (San Diego Food Bank will provide Tax acknowledgement forms directly to all donors.)
Mail a check payable to San Diego Food Bank, 9850 Distribution Ave., San Diego, CA 92121 with a message that it is for the APWA/CWEA/MSA Food Drive. (Food Bank Fed Tax I.D. number: 20-4374795)
Donors will be recognized at the following levels: Bronze $250 Silver $500 Gold $1000 Platinum $2000 Premium $3000 The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank is the largest hunger-relief organization in San Diego County. The Food Bank distributed 32 million pounds of food last year and serves 350,000 people every month in communities throughout San Diego County. With the impact of COVID-19, the needs are even greater.
